At HH Muffler, we want you to know exactly what to expect when ordering your parts. Our goal is to process and ship your order within 24 hours whenever possible. Larger, heavy, or multi-unit items (such as mufflers, exhaust pipes, and catalytic converters) may require extra preparation time for safe packaging.

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Any orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


📦 Estimated Delivery Timing

We work hard to get your order shipped quickly. Below is a simple guide for when to expect your package once it leaves our facility:

  • Orders shipped on Monday
    → Typically arrive Thursday through the following Monday

  • Orders shipped on Friday
    → Typically arrive the following Wednesday through Friday

  • Orders shipped mid-week (Tuesday–Thursday)
    → If the estimated delivery falls on a weekend, your package will usually arrive Monday or Tuesday

Delivery estimates shown on product pages and in tracking emails are best-effort projections based on carrier performance. Weather, carrier delays, and high-volume periods may extend transit times.


đźš« Address Restrictions

At this time, HH Muffler cannot ship to the following address types:

  • PO Boxes

  • Mailbox-only addresses

  • APO/FPO or military addresses

Orders placed using any of these address types will be cancelled automatically and refunded.

We currently ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
International shipping options may be added in the future.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We aim to offer competitive shipping rates with reliable carriers.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, including:

  • Original shipping fees

  • Return shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect)

This applies to all items, including heavy or oversized parts (e.g., pipes, mufflers, catalytic converters, and full exhaust assemblies).

Some large exhaust components may ship in oversized boxes or require additional packaging. This may result in:

  • Higher shipping rates

  • Additional transit time

  • Carrier-recommended handling procedures

We take extra care to pack all items to prevent damage in transit.


📬 Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package’s progress. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

  • Continental US: Flat rate $12.99
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Calculated at checkout
  • Canada: Starting at $29.99, calculated by weight and destination

Expedited Shipping Options

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST typically ship same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST ship next business day
  • Weekend orders begin processing Monday morning
  • Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time (we'll notify you)

  • FedEx Ground
  • USPS Priority Mail (smaller items)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air (expedited)
  • UPS Next Day Air (overnight)
  • Freight carriers for oversized items

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Email confirmation with tracking number
  • Link to track your package in real-time
  • Estimated delivery date

  2. Clicking "Order History"
  3. Selecting your order to view tracking details

Shipping Restrictions

We Do Not Ship To:

  • PO Boxes (for large exhaust components)
  • APO/FPO addresses (some restrictions apply)
  • International destinations outside US & Canada

Oversized Items:

Large exhaust systems or bulk orders may require:

  • Freight shipping (we'll contact you with quote)
  • Commercial delivery address for liftgate service
  • Signature upon delivery

International Shipping (Canada)

We ship to Canada!

Important information for Canadian customers:

  • Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on weight and postal code
  • Delivery times: 5-10 business days
  • Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Brokerage fees may apply (charged by carrier, not HH Muffler)
  • All prices shown in USD

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Packages:

  1. Inspect packages upon delivery - Note any visible damage
  2. Document damage - Take photos of package and contents
  3. Contact us immediately - Email photos to support@hhmuffler.com
  4. Do not discard packaging - Carrier may need to inspect

We'll work with the carrier to file a claim and send you a replacement ASAP.

Lost Packages:

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and building management
  2. Verify the delivery address on your order
  3. Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)
  4. Contact us if package doesn't appear - we'll file a claim

Holidays & Weather Delays

Shipping may be delayed during:

  • Major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)
  • Severe weather events
  • Carrier peak seasons (Black Friday through Christmas)

We'll notify you of any expected delays and work to minimize impact.

Address Changes

Before Shipment: Contact us immediately to change your shipping address. No charge if not yet shipped.

After Shipment: Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. Address change fees may apply (charged by carrier).

Refused or Returned Shipments

If you refuse delivery or a package is returned to us as undeliverable:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from refund
  • 15% restocking fee may apply

To avoid this, please ensure your shipping address is correct when ordering.

Business/Commercial Addresses

If shipping to a business or shop:

  • Include business name in shipping address
  • May receive earlier delivery (business hours)
  • Signature may be required
  • Notify receiving department of incoming delivery
