Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship exhaust and emissions parts nationwide using trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. Oversized items (complete exhaust systems, large mufflers) may require freight shipping with extended delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. We work hard to negotiate competitive rates with our carriers to keep your costs low. Free shipping promotions may be available—check our homepage for current offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your shipment's progress directly through the carrier's website.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, subject to the following conditions:

  • Parts must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • All hardware, gaskets, and accessories must be included
  • Items must be free from damage, modifications, or signs of installation
  • Original invoice or order number must be provided

Non-returnable items: Custom-fabricated parts, special-order items, electrical components, and clearance/final sale items cannot be returned unless defective.

To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@hhmuffler.com with your order number. We'll provide return authorization and instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong part.

Warranty Claims
