This Refund & Return Policy applies only to purchases made directly on hhmuffler.com. If you purchased HH Muffler products from another retailer or marketplace, please refer to that seller’s return and refund policy.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Day 1 starts on the date the tracking shows your order as “Delivered.”
Returns requested after 30 days are generally not eligible for a refund, except in limited cases such as approved warranty claims.
To be eligible for a return, all of the following must be true:
The item is in the same condition that you received it.
The item is unused, uninstalled, and unmodified.
The item is not damaged (no scratches, dents, welding marks, or signs of installation).
The item includes all original packaging, hardware, accessories, labels, and documentation.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that have been installed, test-fitted with clamps or welding, cut, painted, or otherwise modified are not eligible for return unless they are being returned under an approved warranty claim.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving authorization will not be accepted.
For most returns (e.g., wrong part ordered, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
In many cases, HH Muffler will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.
If the return is due to:
A shipping error on our part (wrong item sent, missing item, etc.), or
A defective or damaged product (see Section 5),
we will cover the return shipping cost.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
The item is damaged in transit
The item appears defective
You received the wrong item or the wrong quantity

Clear photos and/or videos showing the problem, packaging, and shipping label
If your claim is approved:
We will provide a prepaid return label, if the item needs to be returned.
Once inspected and confirmed as damaged/defective/incorrect, we will issue a refund, replacement, or store credit, as agreed.
In some cases, you may not need to return the item, and we’ll advise you of next steps.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, racing use, or modification of the product.
Standard returns within 30 days that meet all eligibility criteria generally do not incur a restocking fee.
If a returned product shows signs of use, missing parts, or damaged packaging, HH Muffler reserves the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee or refuse the return.
Returns received without prior authorization may be refused or subject to additional fees.
The following items are non-returnable, except where required by law or approved under warranty:
Installed, used, cut, welded, or modified exhaust parts
Custom or special-order products
Electrical components once opened (e.g., O2 sensors, harnesses)
Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at checkout
Gift cards or store credit
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (unless a warranty claim is approved)

Some products may include a core charge, which is a refundable deposit for the recyclable component of a part.
If your part includes a core charge, you can return the old core in reusable condition to receive a core refund.

Cores must typically be returned within 30 days of receiving your replacement part, with a copy of your original receipt, and shipped in the replacement part’s box whenever possible.
We do not process “straight” exchanges through the return portal.
To get the correct part quickly:
Place a new order for the part you need.
Request a return for the original item following the process above.
Once your return is received and approved, we will refund the original purchase (less any applicable shipping or restocking fees).
If we ship merchandise into the European Union, customers in the EU have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, uninstalled, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Additional country-specific consumer rights may apply according to local laws.
Once your return is received at our facility, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection.
After inspection:
We will notify you by email whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or an approved warranty claim.
Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
